you must do the following: post a rough description of your project which should answer the questions below.  then compose a substantive response (this would be in a paragraph form) and must include 4 questions in the other 6 group discussions. to be clear, the response can NOT just be 4 questions. You have to compose a substantive response to what the group has composed AND develop 4 questions they should consider as they make their way through their research and development.

1. Identify what work is to be done

2. Explain why this work needs to be done

3. Persuade the reader that the proposers (you) are qualified for the work, have a plausible management plan and technical approach, and have the resources needed to complete the task within the stated time and cost constraints.
